Most wasted money in small business marketing is spent on something well made that nobody needed. The cheapest hour of any project is the one spent deciding what the project actually is.
We look at what you sell, who is already buying it, what they have to understand before they will, and where they currently give up. That produces a short, plain document: what to build, in what order, and what to leave alone for now.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need a new website — you need the existing one to say something different, or you need photographs, or you need to stop paying for something that is not working. We would rather say that.

What's included
What you actually get.
A proper look at what you have
The current site, listings and profiles, read the way a customer reads them.
Who you are actually selling to
Written down plainly, in your words, not as a marketing persona.
What to say and where
The message that has to land, and which channel is worth the effort.
An order of work
What to do first, what can wait, and what to stop doing.
Costed, not vague
Every recommendation carries the price of doing it, so you can choose.
Yours to take anywhere
The document is yours. If you take it to another studio, that is fine.
Questions
The things people ask first.
Is this just a sales pitch for a website?
No. If the work you need is not work we sell, we will say so and tell you who does it. A strategy that only ever concludes 'buy our main service' is not a strategy, it is a brochure.
How long does it take?
A conversation, a look at what exists, and a short written document — usually inside a fortnight. It is deliberately not a six-week discovery phase.
Do I have to do the work with you?
No. It is priced and delivered on its own, and plenty of it is work you can do yourself once somebody has written down what matters.
